Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating assessments,
and facilitating interview schedules across various functions. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a consistent and inclusive recruitment experience. Daily activities include conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment reports, and supporting onboarding and training coordination for new team members. The role also involves promoting Aerione Bharat’s mission and culture to potential applicants and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Recruiting, including end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
Proficiency in Interviewing candidates and assessing role fit using structured and fair evaluation methods.
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates, collaborate with internal tea
