Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer at LearnKartS. The Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs, consult with Subject Matter Experts, and translate business and skill requirements into clear learning objectives and structured curricula.

Qualifications:
1-3 Years experience as Instructional Designer
Solid instructional design skills, including curriculum design, learning objective formulation, and assessment strategy.
Ability to structure and write clear, concise, learner-centered content for self-paced, interactive, and scenario-based modules.




Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning approaches, and common instructional frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
Attention to detail in reviewing, editing, and quality-checking course content and multimedia elements.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
Familiarity with IT and technology domains (such as Cyber Security, DevOps, Cloud Computing, or related areas) is an advantage.
Experience designing gamified, interactive, or microlearning experiences is highly beneficial.
