We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and strengthen employee relations practices across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, HR teams, and business leaders, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters and ensuring that workplace practices remain fair, consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of employment practices, labor regulations, workplace policies, and employee relations processes. You will play a key role in resolving workplace concerns, supporting managers with sensitive employee matters, and promoting a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on Employee Relations matters.
Provide guidance to managers, HR teams,



and business leaders on employee relations issues and appropriate courses of action.
Lead employee relations initiatives designed to promote a positive, respectful, and productive workplace.
Support the consistent interpretation and implementation of employee policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
Ensure adherence to applicable employment and labor laws, internal policies, and the organization's Code of Conduct.
Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, and proactively manage employee relations risks.
Handle sensitive workplace matters with confidentiality, objectivity, and sound judgment.
Support investigations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and other employee relations activities as required.
Collaborate with corporate teams and business units to maintain a consistent approach to employee relations across the organization.
