Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive the sales and distribution of Awe Foods products across Kerala.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new outlets, managing existing customers, achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability and visibility, conducting sampling activities, supporting collections and maintaining disciplined daily reporting.
This is a field-based sales role requiring extensive market visits and strong execution at the store level.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop new customers and outlets across general trade, modern trade, premium retail, gourmet stores and HORECA.
Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, distributors and customers.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective outlet coverage.




Generate orders from existing and new customers and ensure timely submission of orders.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility and merchandising at the store level.
Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of Awe Foods across Kerala.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches and market trends and share relevant market feedback with the reporting manager.
Conduct sampling events and territory-specific marketing activities a minimum of two times per week, without fail, to drive consumer awareness and product movement at the store level.
Coordinate with distributors and customers for timely payment collections and actively follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain proper stock reports and monitor stock movement at customer and distributor locations.
Identify near-expiry inventory and immediately report the same to the reporting manager to enable timely action and minimise wastage.
