Job Description

As a Senior Executive - Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development for NEDS. Your primary focus will be on project sales, targeting the electrical industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned region (Bikaner and Shri Ganganagar).
Identify and target potential clients, especially in the electrical industry, and build a strong network of business relationships.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders for project sales, showcasing the value of NEDS' products and services.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable sales and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.




Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
Provide regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and customer feedback.
Maintain excellent customer service and after-sales support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent NEDS and build brand awareness.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry or project sales.
Strong business acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools.
