Role Description The Senior Manager Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat,



responsible for leading and expanding Neo-Nir Engineering’s sales operations in water treatment solutions and specialty chemicals. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, creating business plans, and driving revenue growth across key industrial markets. The Senior Manager Sales will manage and mentor the sales team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing sales forecasts, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events. The role also includes negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning sales activities with the company’s strategic and sustainability goals.
