Role Description The Manager role at Global BFSI Learning is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru East, with some flexibility for work from home. The Manager will oversee end-to-end operations of BFSI learning programs, including planning, scheduling,



and monitoring course delivery to ensure high-quality learner experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with content experts and trainers, tracking learner progress, managing assessments and certifications, and resolving learner queries promptly. The role involves collaborating with the placement and career support teams to enhance job outcomes, driving process improvements, and using data and feedback to refine program effectiveness. The Manager will also contribute to business growth by supporting marketing initiatives, building institutional or corporate partnerships, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
