Role Overview
We are hiring Senior Developers (5–10 years) to work on Fiserv’s Vision Next platform — a next-generation, cloud-native, real-time, API-first card management and issuing platform (evolution of VisionPLUS / FirstVision).
Vision Next is modular, highly configurable, SaaS-oriented, and designed for agility, scalability, and rapid product launches for banks, issuers, and fintechs. It supports full card lifecycle management (credit, debit, prepaid, commercial, BNPL, etc.), real-time event processing, authorizations, postings, and integrations via contemporary APIs. The platform emphasizes cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
You will design, develop, and enhance high-scale, resilient services and APIs on this platform while collaborating with client (Fiserv) and internal teams in an Agile setup. Location preference: Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and backend components for Vision Next card management, event management, authorization, posting, account servicing,



and related modules.
Build and integrate cloud-native, distributed systems supporting high-throughput, real-time transaction processing, event sourcing, and notifications.
Implement API-first solutions with proper versioning, security (OAuth2/JWT, API Gateways), documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and developer experience focus.
Work on event-driven architectures (Kafka or equivalent messaging), real-time data pipelines, rules engines, and self-service configuration capabilities.
Collaborate on solution design, technical specifications, code reviews, unit/integration testing, performance tuning, and production support.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments, perform root-cause analysis, and drive reliability/scalability improvements.
