Role Description This is a full time, on-site WordPress/CRM Developer role based in Hyderabad. The WordPress/CRM Developer will design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and CRM solutions that support Navtech’s AI-driven services and customer-facing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins,



configuring and extending CRM platforms, integrating web properties with CRM and other backend systems, and ensuring data flows are secure and reliable. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and AI engineering teams to create user-friendly experiences, optimize performance, and support ongoing enhancements. The developer will also monitor site and CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Software Development, including PHP, JavaScript, and familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including configuration, customization, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in systems Integration, connecting WordPress, CRM, and third-party tools via APIs and connectors.
