Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and maintain POSH case documentation and investigation reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the Internal Committee (IC) with documentation, case summaries, and report preparation.
Ensure compliance with POSH Act guidelines and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of complaints, inquiries, and investigation outcomes.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure fair and compliant case management.
Prepare compliance reports, case insights, and policy documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in POSH documentation, investigations, or compliance writing.
Robust analytical and report writing skills.
Good understanding of POSH Act and workplace compliance requirements.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Prior experience in BPO/Corporate environment will be an added advantage.
