As a Territory Manager - Sales (Projects), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and managing projects for our company. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales and achieving sales targets in the Guwahati region. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, consultants, and government clients, as well as visiting project sites to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with architects, consultants, and government clients.
Conduct regular site visits to project locations to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Provide regular progress reports and sales forecasts to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
Support the team in resolving client queries and providing timely solutions.
Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to represent the company and build network.
Qualifications
Graduation or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical or project management industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits.
