ReOrbit is looking for an IT Admin and Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support and administration for our growing Bangalore office.
As our IT Admin and Support Specialist, you will be the primary in office IT presence in Bangalore, ensuring that employees, devices and local infrastructure are properly supported and ready to operate. You will take ownership of everything from hardware lifecycle management and employee onboarding to access controls, device management and local IT troubleshooting.
You will work closely with ReOrbit's IT Infrastructure, Operations & Support teams, particularly HQ in Helsinki, helping to implement global standards, policies and security requirements locally. You will also play an important role in establishing Bangalore as part of ReOrbit's follow-the-sun support model, providing remote support to colleagues across other locations when required.

Responsibilities




Manage the local hardware inventory for the Bangalore office, including device setup, repair, replacement, lifecycle management and shipment coordination.
Provide hands-on support for regional IT projects, technology rollouts and infrastructure initiatives in Bangalore.
Own the onboarding and offboarding process for Bangalore employees, including device provisioning, account setup, security requirements and access controls.
Manage and support local physical security systems, including CCTV and access-related infrastructure.
Support the implementation of HQ-driven security policies, processes and IT standards at the Bangalore location.
Support Microsoft Active Directory design and administration, including Group Policy management and cloud or hybrid server environments.
Manage software licences and subscriptions for Bangalore-based users and devices.
Deploy and maintain standardised laptop and mobile device conf
