Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support marketing campaigns for clients in various industries. Daily responsibilities include explaining services clearly, handling objections,



capturing accurate customer information, and updating call records in the CRM or tracking systems. The role involves following scripts and guidelines, meeting call and conversion targets, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and sharing feedback from customers to improve campaign performance. The Telecaller is expected to maintain professional communication standards, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a positive, results-driven work environment.
