Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across various platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include drafting posts, coordinating with the creative team for visuals, monitoring engagement metrics,



and suggesting ideas to improve reach and follower interaction. The intern will help support digital marketing initiatives, participate in brainstorming sessions, and research trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy. This role offers practical experience in social media management, content planning, and digital brand building.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, stories, and basic visual concepts.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, understand client requirements, and present ideas clearly.
Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and current social media trends.
