Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Saharanpur. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote hospital services and strengthen the hospital’s presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:




- Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies for the hospital.
- Plan and manage hospital marketing campaigns, promotions, events and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with RMPs, consultants, clinics and referral networks.
- Manage and coordinate the on-ground PRO/marketing team, including targets, daily activities and performance.
- Collaborate with doctors and hospital departments to develop specialty-focused campaigns.
- Manage social media, Google presence, digital campaigns and other online marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for creative, advertising and promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, referral volumes and ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and use data to improve campaign performance.
- Identify new opportunities for increasing OPD, IPD, surgeries and specialty-wise patient footfall.
