Role Description The Senior Receptionist is a full time, on-site position based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. The role involves greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and directing guests to appropriate team members or sections of the showroom.



Day-to-day tasks include handling appointment scheduling, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing accurate information about showroom services and products. The Senior Receptionist will oversee basic clerical duties such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and supporting administrative processes. This role also requires ensuring a welcoming environment, resolving customer inquiries professionally, and collaborating with sales and design teams to maintain smooth showroom operations.
Qualifications
