Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist: SAP HR Comp & Payroll, you will support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, utilizing business knowledge and expertise to integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. You will leverage your specialty in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout,
and post-implementation support to achieve client expected business results.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Implement SAP HR Modules: Support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.
Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify client requirements and configure the SAP HR system to meet their needs.
Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues specializing in the compensation management module of SAP HR.
Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure the client achieves expected business results from the SAP HR system.
Test and Rollout Solutions: Test and rollout solutions to ensure successful implementation of the SAP HR system.
