Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Specialist: SAP HR, you will support the implementation of the SAP HR module, utilizing business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. You will leverage your skills across various HR modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational management,
to achieve client-expected business results.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Implement SAP HR Module: Support the implementation of the SAP HR module, ensuring effective integration with the client's business setting to achieve desired business outcomes.
Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify and address configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing solutions to meet client needs.
Configure and Test: Configure and test the SAP HR module to ensure seamless rollout and post-implementation support, resolving any configuration and functional business issues that arise.
Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring the SAP HR module continues to meet their business needs.
