Role Description:
The Regional Sales Director – Delhi NCR will lead government for IntelliDB Enterprise across Northern India, with a primary focus on Central Government ministries and departments, Defence, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), government agencies, and other strategic government organisations.
The role will be responsible for developing strategic government accounts, identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers,



driving participation in government tenders and procurement processes, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong government-sector relationships, an understanding of government procurement, and proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the regional sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets for Government and Defence accounts across Northern India.
Develop and manage relationships with Central Government ministries/departments, Defence organisations, PSUs, government agencies, and other strategic public-sector accounts.
Identify upcoming technology requirements, projects, tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities and convert them into business.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution positioning, tender/RFP participation, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
