Role Description The Real Estate Legal Manager will oversee and manage legal matters related to the company’s real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, retail, and corporate park projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include ;
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases and other real estate contracts.
Providing legal advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and development; and ensuring compliance with applicable real estate, zoning, and regulatory laws.
The role will also involve managing legal documentation, coordinating with external counsel and government authorities,



handling dispute resolution and litigation related to property matters, and maintaining accurate legal records and reports.
The Real Estate Legal Manager will work closely with project, finance, and property management teams to mitigate risk and support informed decision-making.
Providing legal opinions and advice on routine business matters.
Review of vendor, contractor, consultant and service agreements.
Assistance relating to RERA documentation and compliance.
Review of property-related documents and title documents.
Advising management on potential legal risks.
Coordinating with external advocates wherever required.
Assisting in settlement/negotiation of legal or contractual matters.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate matters, particularly in residential and commercial developments.
