• 3–10 years of IT recruitment experience in the Canadian Market
• Robust LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search skills
• Experience with C2C, W2, T4, and contract hiring
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
⭐ Nice to Have:
• MSP/VMS experience (Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Experience recruiting for Capital Markets, SAP, Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Technology roles
