We are looking for an experienced senior finance leader to take ownership of treasury, fundraising, financial controllership, ALM, regulatory governance, investor management, and strategic finance. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can operate across both corporate finance and financial services, with strong exposure to NBFC environments, debt fundraising, liquidity management, and structured finance.
The role will work closely with the Founder, CEO, Board, investors, lenders, rating agencies, and senior business leaders to strengthen the organisation's financial foundation and support sustainable growth. You will be responsible for building scalable finance processes, optimising the liability profile, maintaining strong financial governance, and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall treasury, liquidity, ALM,



and capital allocation strategy.
Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, debt investors, rating agencies, and funding partners.
Lead debt fundraising across bank facilities, NCDs, Commercial Paper, and structured finance instruments.
Optimise the liability profile and continuously identify opportunities to reduce the cost of funds.
Evaluate and execute opportunities involving securitisation, co-lending, and other structured finance transactions.
Drive financial reporting, accounting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Establish robust financial controls, governance, audit processes, and scalable finance systems.
Ensure accurate application of Ind AS, including Ind AS 109, ECL, and NBFC-specific accounting requirements.
Lead timely and accurate RBI and regulatory reporting.
