MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in software development.
* 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
* Experience in distributed databases and large-scale distributed systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
technical field.
* 3 years of technical leadership experience (e.g., Tech Lead/Staff Engineer)
driving architectural roadmaps, system design, and cross-team project
collaborations.
* Experience architecting high-throughput, low-latency search back-ends,
indexing pipelines, or information retrieval (IR) platforms.
