Role Description The Travel Agent / Coordinator (Domestic) will manage end-to-end domestic travel arrangements for guests and corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience. This full-time, in office role based in Pune City includes handling hotel reservations, coordinating car rentals, and organizing itineraries and travel schedules in alignment with client needs and company policies.



The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing queries, resolving booking issues, and maintaining accurate records of all travel-related transactions. The Travel Agent / Coordinator will also collaborate with sales and operations teams to support packages and promotions, maximize occupancy, and strengthen client relationships. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring travel costs, following up on confirmations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
