Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Analyst role based in Bhilai. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating product features, test cases, and workflows to ensure they meet defined quality standards. Daily tasks include designing and executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, documenting issues, and collaborating with development and product teams to resolve them. The role involves monitoring quality metrics, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, and ensuring that releases are reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements. The Quality Analyst will also help refine quality documentation and support cross-functional communication to maintain consistent quality across the platform.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform detailed testing, validate system behavior,



and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to design processes, maintain standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document findings clearly, and report on quality metrics.
Relevant experience in software testing or product quality roles, including familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
Understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or sales operations workflows is an advantage.
Ability to work systematically, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
