Client Description:
PANKH Therapy & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary Child Development and Early Intervention center that provides comprehensive services for children and their families. The center offers assessment, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, special education, and sensory integration to address diverse developmental needs. Parent guidance is an integral part of the services, helping families better understand and support their child's growth. The team works collaboratively across disciplines to create individualized intervention plans focused on functional improvement and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations for children to determine their physical and developmental needs.
Develop individualized therapy plans to support children with gross motor skills, muscle strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for each child.




Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance children's physical development and functional mobility.
Provide ongoing progress reports and support to parents regarding their child's development and therapy progress.
Maintain proper documentation and records for therapy sessions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BOP/MOP).
Valid certification/licensure as a Physiotherapist.
Prior experience in physiotherapy (preferably in a child development setting).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
