Rasta Pay handles court-level traffic challan settlement for fleet operators, logistics companies and transport businesses. A transporter sitting on 200 pending challans can't send someone to court across five districts — we take that off their plate and resolve it through the proper legal process.
Rasta Pay is hiring a Junior Legal Associate to be the face of our litigation work on the ground — handling clients directly and representing our filings across Delhi's district courts. If you're hungry to learn how litigation actually works, we'll put you right in the middle of it.
What you'll do
Work directly with clients — from first conversation to document collection and updates
Present challans and file matters before the courts, in person
Move across Delhi's court complexes — Tis Hazari, Karkardooma, Saket, Rohini, Dwarka, Patiala House & Rouse Avenue

An LLB degree
0–3 years of experience — recent graduates and those with a couple of years of district court practice are both welcome
Fluency in Hindi and English
Confidence dealing with people and staying organized under pressure
The energy to be out and about across Delhi's courts daily
A proactive, dependable, get-it-done attitude
Salary : ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
