With a growing domestic presence and active export markets across GCC and Southeast Asia, and a strategic partnership with Schmitz Cargobull (Germany), Sub Zero is expanding rapidly. The Mumbai office drives sales, customer engagement, and market development.
ROLE PURPOSE
This is a high-energy inside sales role for someone who can handle both structured outbound campaigns and inbound lead management with equal discipline. You will be the central link between marketing-generated leads, outbound prospecting, and the field sales team — ensuring every enquiry is captured, qualified, assigned, and followed through. You will also support the broader sales function including quoting, payment follow-up, customer feedback, and coordination with our factory and German partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Outbound




Run structured outbound calling campaigns against target company databases sourced via Apollo or similar platforms.
Identify and connect with prospects on LinkedIn; initiate conversations and move qualified contacts into the pipeline.
Draft and send professional intro emails to prospective clients; personalise for industry and application.
Maintain IndiaMART profile — respond to enquiries promptly and ensure listing accuracy.
Leverage Google Ads and other digital-channel enquiries as a source of warm leads to action immediately.
Inbound Management & Lead Qualification
Handle all inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualify each lead on key parameters: application (dairy, FMCG, pharma, fish, etc.), vehicle type, quantity, location, and timeline.
Route qualified leads to the appropriate regional sales person with a transparent brief; do not just forward — provide context.
Maintain a live lead tracker with source, status, owner
