Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kunnamkulam, for HOD (CSE), Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in CSE, AI & DS, and Cyber Security. Responsibilities include planning and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, preparing lesson plans and assessments, and guiding students through lectures, labs, projects, and seminars. Faculty members are expected to mentor students, supervise academic projects and research,



participate in curriculum development, and contribute to departmental accreditation and quality assurance activities. The HOD role additionally involves leading departmental administration, coordinating faculty, managing academic schedules, promoting industry collaboration, and supporting strategic initiatives. All positions require active participation in academic events, continuous career development, and maintaining an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
Qualifications

Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science and Engineering or related disciplines (AI & DS, Cyber Security), preferably ME/M.Tech/PhD as per regulatory and accreditation norms.
Strong teaching, curriculum design, and classroom management abilities, with experience using modern pedagogical methods and educational technologies.
