Role: Freight Broker
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Location: Noida (On-Site)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Freight Broker to connect shippers with reliable carriers and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. The role involves sourcing carriers, negotiating freight rates, tracking loads, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving transportation issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and develop a solid client base to generate consistent freight opportunities and coordinate loads with carriers.
Find and coordinate reliable carriers for shipments.
Negotiate rates and maintain profitable margins.
Track loads and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.




Communicate with shippers and carriers throughout the shipment.
Handle rate confirmations, PODs, and other freight documents.
Build and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of freight operations and load boards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
