We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to manage HR operations for our Gems & Jewellery Manufacturing unit in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HRMS.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.
Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters.
Manage worker and staff workforce in a manufacturing workplace.
Coordinate performance management, training and employee engagement.
Prepare HR MIS, reports and documentation.
Support internal, customer and statutory audits.
Implement and improve HR policies, processes and systems.

Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of relevant HR experience.




Experience in Manufacturing / Gems & Jewellery industry preferred.
Good knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
Knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance and Recruitment processes.
