Role Description The Associate Relationship Manager is a full time,



on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing and deepening relationships with existing and potential customers across retail and SME segments, understanding their banking needs, and recommending appropriate products and services such as deposits, loans, wealth management, and payment solutions. The Associate Relationship Manager will conduct regular customer meetings, handle service requests and issue resolution, and ensure a high standard of customer experience aligned with the bank’s ethical and customer-friendly principles. Daily responsibilities include achieving portfolio growth and revenue targets, cross-selling and upselling bank products, maintaining accurate customer records, and complying with regulatory and internal policies.
