ABOUT THE ROLE
ClimbX Global is looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketer with at least 1 year of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and manage campaigns based on business objectives such as lead generation, conversions, website traffic, and sales.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Create and manage different campaign types, ad sets, audiences, creatives, and budgets.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and landing pages.




Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify trends and insights from campaign data and recommend actionable improvements.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively.
Coordinate with the creative, content, social media, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Track leads and conversions and ensure proper campaign tracking and attribution.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital marketing trends, and platform updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Good knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and ROI.
Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.
