ROLE OVERVIEW
AxisOne is growing its in-house marketing and content team and is looking for a creative Designer to support visual design and video content needs across our business divisions — glassware, consumer goods, footwear, and clothing. This is a robust opportunity for a design professional early in their career to work across a variety of creative projects, from social media graphics to promotional video and product visuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design graphics for social media posts, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, promotions, and internal communications
• Create and update product catalogs, brochures, banners, and print materials
• Retouch and prepare product photography for e-commerce and marketing use
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into polished visuals




• Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all design output
• Manage multiple design requests at once and deliver within agreed timelines
REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — photo editing, compositing, and retouching
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Ability to create basic motion graphics and animated elements for social and video content
• Strong sense of layout, color, and typography
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into finished visuals
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
GOOD TO HAVE
• Adobe Illustrator — vector graphics, logo and icon design
• Adobe After Effects — motion graphics and animated content
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
