Accountable for achieving business & customer centricity targets
Network expansion through primary & secondary network touch points.
Work on strategies to ensure channel partners profitability & viability.
Build capability of MEAL Zonal teams and Dealer teams for outstanding CX delivery, sales outperformance
Manage customer concerns and escalations with BIC TAT and FTR resolution
Collaborate closely with AD teams to ensure success of EVs across value chain
Partner ecosystem management - Public charging identification, channel and retail finance etc
Sales Specific
Responsible for Volumes and Market share for each state/region
Manage customer experiences at all sales touch points through capability development of channel partner/teams
Create Customer insight driven winning strategies to drive EV sales
Channel partner and team performance management through deployment of strong governance systems
Sales planning: Work on rolling plans (N+2) with each RSBM
Optimise incentive schemes for the zone
Utilization of zonal budgets effectively for funnel management
Ensure optimum debtor no. of days for the zone
Dealer Management
Ensure dealer motivation and engagement
Build robust relationships with Dealer principals
Align policies with respect to workforce, funds and infrastructure
Training & development cadence and inputs to training content for Dealer teams
Support success of brand initiatives
Experience
Experience between 15 to 20 years across (preferred - EV automotive sales)
Industry Preferred
Automobile OEMs (EV would be additional plus)
Qualifications
Post graduate diploma/ MBA in Management/Post Graduation in Electronics, Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Automobile systems
General Requirements
Strategic management of the sales for all channel partners in a zone. Develop and execute strategies focused on customer experience and satisfaction and develop capability of the channel partners and all touchpoints to sell EVs.
This role is crucial to the business establishment and growth of MEAL and will report into the NATIONAL HEAD - SALES, MEAL.
