Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic YouTube Growth Manager to scale our channel presence,

optimize audience engagement, and expand our subscriber base. In this role, you will lead end-to-end channel strategy—combining algorithmic SEO, thumbnail/title positioning, packaging, and performance analytics to increase impressions, click-through rates (CTR), and average view duration (AVD).

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Publishing: Develop and execute growth strategies across long-form content,

YouTube Shorts, and live streams. Maintain a consistent content release calendar.

Metadata & SEO Optimization: Write keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, and closed captions to maximize search and suggested-feed placements.

Thumbnail & A/B Testing: Partner with visual design teams to test and refine thumbnails and visual hooks to boost organic CTR.

Performance & Analytics Tracking: Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews using YouTube





Studio Analytics (monitoring retention curves, traffic sources, CTR, and RPM) to optimize future production.

Audience Engagement: Manage Community tab posts, poll setups, pinned comments, and comment responses to build a loyal subscriber community.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and marketing leads to ensure hooks, pacing, and calls-to-action align with growth targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

2–5 years managing and scaling dedicated YouTube channels.

Technical Proficiency

Deep knowledge of YouTube Analytics, YouTube Studio, SEO tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ), and A/B testing tools (TestDrive/ThumbnailBlaster).

Data Competency

Strong ability to interpret retention graphs, click-through rates, and traffic source breakdowns into actionable creative directives.

Content Acumen

Firm understanding of hook strategies, narrative pacing, and platform algorithm shifts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
