Role: Yardi Technical Support Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: India

Schedule: Night shift

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor incoming tickets in the Yardi support queue
- Provide first-line technical support for Yardi system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve common platform and user-related issues
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when required
- Ensure timely updates and resolution of tickets in line with SLA targets
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, actions, and resolutions
- Support end users with system navigation and functionality questions

Qualifications and requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience working with Yardi or similar property management systems
- Background in technical support or helpdesk environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, queue-driven environment

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting real estate, property management, or accounting systems
- Prior exposure to offshore or shared services environments
- Basic understanding of system integrations and data workflows
- Know how to prompt Gemini Pro would be a plus.
