We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workflow Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Zoho

Creator or CRM development platforms in automating sales field funnel management,

field governance, payout management, training and retail management with at least three years of hands-on experience. As a Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various field sales automations and solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop custom field sales automations using Zoho Creator or similar

CRM development platforms in automating sales field funnel management, field governance, payout management, training and retail management

 Integrate Zoho Creator/CRM solutions with other internal and third-party systems.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

 Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

 Develop and maintain documentation for applications, integrations, and system configurations.

 Stay updated with the latest Zoho Creator/CRM development trends and best practices.





 Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications using Zoho Creator or other CRM development platforms.

 Proficiency in scripting languages such as Deluge Script (Zoho Creator) and/or other relevant programming languages.

 Strong understanding of database design, management, and optimization.

 Experience with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Solid communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

 Zoho Creator Certified Developer.

 Experience in automating sales field funnel management, field governance, payout management, training and retail management.

 Experience with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk,

etc.

 Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and

PHP.

 Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
