Workday Integration Consultant

We are expanding our Global Workday Practice and are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support implementation, AMS, and integration engagements across our global customer base.

Job Summary

UST is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and ADP GlobalView integrations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday integration solutions while collaborating with customers, Workday consultants, and third-party vendors.

This role requires a self-driven skilled who can lead integration deliverables, support complex implementations, manage client expectations, and contribute to the growth of UST's Workday Practice.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Integration Delivery

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions across implementation and AMS engagements.
- Implement and support Workday Demographic PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and Time Integrations with ADP GlobalView.
- Ensure seamless data exchange and system connectivity between Workday and GlobalView platforms.
- Build, enhance, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and related integration technologies.
- Support integration deployment activities including data validation, testing, cutover planning, and post-production support.
- Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into scalable integration solutions.




- Collaborate closely with Workday functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors during project execution.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution during implementation and support phases.

Client &

- Stakeholder Management

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
- Manage client expectations and communicate project status effectively.
- Provide recommendations and best practices based on prior implementation experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on Workday integration capabilities and solutions.

Project &

- Team Leadership

- Own and lead integration deliverables from design through deployment.
- Manage work within project scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
- Support practice growth initiatives and contribute to Workday community discussions and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of overall Workday experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration development.
- Active or previous Workday Certification in one or more Workday modules.
- Strong experience across the complete Workday project lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, and support.




- Extensive experience working on Workday Payroll integrations and third-party system integrations.
- Proven experience implementing Workday PECI Integrations for demographic and time data.
- Hands-on experience working with ADP GlobalView and GlobalView deployment projects.
- Experience supporting Data Dictionary updates and integration cutover activities across multiple countries.
