Gilco Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Sales Professional with experience in the Elevator/Lift industry to join our team in Gurugram.

We are looking for someone who understands that elevator sales is not just about selling equipment — it requires identifying projects early, building relationships, understanding technical requirements and following an opportunity through to closure.

What we’re looking for:

- Prior sales experience in the Elevator/Lift industry
- Exposure to New Installation (NI) / Modernisation / Elevator Solutions sales
- Ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Experience dealing with builders, architects, consultants, contractors and institutional/commercial clients
- Understanding of site requirements and ability to coordinate for technical/commercial proposals




- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and achieve targets
- Comfortable with regular client meetings and field movement across Delhi NCR
- Own two-wheeler preferred
