We're Hiring | Assistant Category Manager – FMCG (Buyers)

? Location: Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Telangana

? Reporting To: National Head – Staples & FMCG

Are you passionate about category management, procurement, vendor development, and supply chain operations? Join HESA and contribute to building a robust FMCG sourcing network that empowers rural India.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and develop regional sourcing opportunities with FMCG vendors.

✅ Coordinate with regional teams on product range, pricing, promotions, availability, and benchmarking.

✅ Manage vendor onboarding and maintain strong supplier relationships.

✅ Ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) processing and system coordination.

✅ Coordinate with vendors to achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and facilitate payment processes.

✅ Work closely with Head Office teams to ensure timely vendor payments.

✅ Perform vendor reconciliation and maintain accurate MIS reports.

✅ Support data management, reporting, and category analytics.





✅ Prepare periodic business reviews for management and vendor meetings.

Preferred Profile

✔ Experience in Category Management, Procurement, Buying, or Supply Chain.

✔ Robust analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

✔ Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
