Role Description The Website Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and optimization of ElecOil Electrical Trading’s website. This includes updating and organizing product content, maintaining accurate information for all brands and items, and ensuring a consistent user experience. The role involves monitoring website performance, analyzing web traffic and user behavior, and implementing improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

Manager will coordinate small web projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and support e-commerce functions such as product listings, pricing updates, and online inquiries. Additional responsibilities include working with basic web design elements, ensuring mobile responsiveness,



and maintaining site security and uptime in partnership with technical teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics and performance monitoring to track traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Management to update product information, organize site structure, and maintain accurate and consistent web content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to plan, prioritize, and deliver website updates and enhancements on schedule.
- Candidates should possess skills in E-Commerce to manage product listings, support online inquiries, and optimize the buying journey.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design fundamentals to collaborate on layout, usability, and mobile-responsive interfaces.
- Relevant experience managing corporate or B2B websites, preferably in industrial, oil and gas, or technical product environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with common CMS platforms and basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
