Crafted Campus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Web Consultant / On-Call Supervisor to join our team in Kolkata.

? Position Senior Web Consultant / On-Call Supervisor

? Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

? Work Mode: On-Site

? Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST

? Working Days: Monday – Friday

? Saturday & Sunday: OFF

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month Performance Incentives

? What You'll Do

- Speak with Australian business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Understand website and digital marketing requirements
- Recommend suitable website, SEO, eCommerce and digital marketing solutions
- Present proposals and explain service benefits
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally
- Convert qualified opportunities into customers
- Maintain strong prospect and client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Support and supervise the calling/sales team when required

⭐ What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in website sales, digital marketing sales, IT sales or web consulting
- Excellent spoken English
- Confident communication and presentation skills




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Ability to speak confidently with business owners
- Understanding of websites and digital marketing
- Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset

? Salary Incentives ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Plus performance-based incentives on successful sales.
