Job Summary We are looking for a Windchill PLM Technical Developer with 4 6 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using PTC Windchill PLM . The candidate should have solid Core Java skills and experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions and enhancements in PTC Windchill PLM.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
- Develop Windchill customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support squad members in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Story Refinement, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work within the SAFe Agile framework and contribute to successful PI objectives.
- Collaborate with team members on technical design discussions,



effort estimation, and task planning.
- Stay updated with the latest Windchill features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Assist in knowledge sharing and training team members on Windchill features and functionalities.
- Ensure quality, maintainability, and timely delivery of technical solutions.
