Job Title: Loan Sales Executive – Home & Mortgage Loans

Department: Retail Banking / Sales & Distribution

Location: Rajkot

Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, real estate agent relationships, and marketing campaigns.

- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable home and mortgage loan products.

- Guide customers through the loan application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursal.

- Collect and verify documents required for credit appraisal and KYC compliance.

- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.





- Maintain strong follow-up and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.

- Keep updated with housing market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings.

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and ethical selling practices.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in retail loan sales, preferably in home or mortgage loans.

- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
