Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities and ensure smooth project execution at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in site supervision, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage on-site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
2. Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Safety Management: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and guidelines at the site.
4. Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality and address any issues to maintain project standards.
5. Material Management:
Oversee the availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
6. Progress Reporting: Maintain daily reports on project status and update the management on key developments.
7. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
8. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all activities comply with legal and organizational regulations.
9. Communication: Act as the point of contact between management and on-site teams.
10. Project Execution: Execute tasks as per the plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
