Reporting To: Head of Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Operations: Manage unloading, physical verification, inward documentation, GRN coordination, QC checks, batch/lot verification, put-away and proper storage of incoming inventory.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory, batch-wise/lot-wise records, FIFO/FEFO adherence wherever applicable, cycle counts, stock reconciliation and investigation of inventory variances.
- Order Fulfilment: Execute picking, packing, scanning, staging and dispatch activities for General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Q-commerce and institutional orders, ensuring dispatches meet defined cut-off times and SLAs.
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure systematic binning, SKU location management, warehouse housekeeping, space utilisation, material handling and proper segregation of saleable, damaged, expired, blocked and return inventory.
- WMS / ERP & Documentation: Ensure real-time transaction posting for receipts, transfers, picking, dispatches, returns and stock adjustments in the applicable WMS / ERP / inventory management system. Maintain all warehouse documentation and MIS.
- Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transporters, 3PL partners, delivery teams and internal Supply Chain teams for vehicle placement, loading, dispatch documentation, route-wise segregation and timely movement of orders.
- Returns & Reverse Logistics:



Manage customer/market returns, inwarding, physical verification, quality disposition, system updates and movement of approved stock back into inventory.
- Warehouse Controls & Compliance: Maintain adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, hygiene requirements, pest-control protocols, fire-safety requirements and statutory/food-safety practices applicable to stored products.
- Product Quality & Storage: Ensure appropriate storage conditions for food and household-care products, including protection from moisture, contamination, sunlight, damage and cross-contamination.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily reports covering opening stock, receipts, dispatches, returns, inventory variance, ageing, damaged/expired stock, pending orders and warehouse productivity.
- Team & Labour Coordination: Supervise warehouse helpers, loaders and outsourced manpower, allocate daily activities, monitor productivity and ensure discipline and safety at the warehouse.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, space utilisation, manpower productivity and operating costs.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce or Q-commerce.
- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and warehouse documentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch management, cycle counting, stock reconciliation and physical inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP/WMS, barcode/scanner-based inventory systems and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety, hygiene and material-handling practices.
- Experience managing warehouse manpower and coordinating with transporters/3PL partners.
- Robust numerical ability, attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Candidates with experience handling high-SKU environments and fast-moving omnichannel fulfilment will be preferred.
