Qualification - BE/Diploma Textiles

Production & Operations

- Manage day-to-day gaiting operations and ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitor material movement and availability for weaving operations.
- Coordinate with production planning teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower in gaiting activities.
- Track production efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise performance data.

Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.
- Monitor and reduce process-related defects and wastages.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to address product quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.

Process Improvement
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks in gaiting operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs for efficient operational practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities within the department.

Team Management
- Supervise operators and workers involved in gaiting operations.
- Train and develop employees on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of departmental staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development initiatives.

Maintenance & Safety
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely servicing and breakdown rectification.
- Ensure safe working practices and adherence to company safety policies.




- Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Weaving, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Highlight operational issues and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Participate in production review meetings and improvement projects.

Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Additional certification in textile manufacturing or production management is preferred.

ExperienceGaiting Executive:
- 3–5 years of experience in textile weaving or gaiting operations.

Gaiting Manager:
- 8–12 years of experience in weaving/gaiting operations with team-handling responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,297.83 - ₹48,872.64 per month
