Currently we are hiring for international voice process for AML/ KYC

Role & responsibilities A Voice Job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the voice process from clients in different countries, particularly the U.S., Dubai etc. These jobs include product and service support which the customer is calling to solve an issue.

- Should have experience in AML, EDD, CDD (mandatory)
- Should have experience in investigating fraud-related transactions.
- Should have experience in Risk management.
- Should have experience of a minimum of 1 year into AML/KYC in Voice.

Candidate Requirements

- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Only experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Graduates/Postgraduates can apply.
- Willingness to work on 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
- 5 days working per week.




- Two-way cab facility is available only for night shifts and within a 25 km radius from the office premises.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate joiners only.
- No virtual interviews will be conducted; candidates must be available for an in-person interview.

- Outstation candidates are strictly not eligible.

Cabs transport policy- Cab will be provided within 25kms radius from office location and Cab will be provided only in night shift.
