We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process-Customer Support role.

This chance is ideal for Experienced candidates who have minimum of 6months-3years experience in Complete Voice Support and passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound international customer calls
- Provide technical support and issue resolution
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria:

- Looking for people who have minimum of 6 months-3 years of exp in complete voice support.
- Other domain experience will not be considered as an experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valuable articulation and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

Shift & Work Details:

- 5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs.



(WFO)
- Predominantly night shifts
- Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)

Work Location: Sutherland A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks Perungalathur, Chennai Landmark: Opposite Perungalathur Railway Station
